What we do

Comprehensive nursing foot care

We believe that the feet are the foundation of your body. Regular foot care aids in the prevention of foot complications from diabetes, calluses and corns.

  • Nail Trimming & Cleaning

Professional trimming, filing and cleaning of toenails — including thinning of thickened nails — carried out with sterile, medical-grade instruments.

  • Callus & Corn Removal

Careful reduction of calluses and corns to relieve discomfort and prevent further skin breakdown, particularly important for at-risk patients.

  • Fungal Nail Care

Assessment and treatment of fungal or discoloured nails, with education on prevention and management to support long-term nail health.

  • Skin Rejuvenation

Care for dry, cracked heels and compromised skin on the feet, restoring comfort and protecting against infection and further damage.

  • Diabetic Foot Care

Specialised assessment for patients at risk — including a neuropathy check — combined with education, referrals and preventive care to protect foot health.

  • Foot Care Education

Every visit includes guidance on footwear, home care routines and tips to maintain healthy feet between appointments and prevent complications.

It is recommended to have foot care completed every 6 to 8 weeks to ensure no new complications arise.

Your first visit

What to expect on your initial appointment

Initial foot care visits can take up to 1 hour. We take the time to understand your full health picture before providing hands-on care.

  1. 01

    Health & footwear assessment

We gather your medical history, review your footwear and assess your mobility — the foundation for safe, tailored care.

  2. 02

    Circulation & skin check

A thorough assessment of your toenails, skin and circulation of the feet, including a neuropathy check for diabetic patients.

  3. 03

    Professional foot care

Trimming, filing and cleaning of toenails; thinning of thickened nails as needed; callus or corn treatment — all with sterilised instruments.

  4. 04

    Education & recommendations

We close every visit with personalised foot care tips, home care guidance and referrals where appropriate.

Subsequent visits are 30 to 45 minutes in duration.
